Terms & Conditions
- About these terms. These terms describe how London Massage Concierge arranges mobile massage appointments across London, and what you and we each agree to.
- Who we are. London Massage Concierge is a premium mobile massage service. We do not operate from a public address; our contact details are on our Contact page.
- Our service. We arrange qualified, self-employed massage therapists to attend you at your home, hotel or office. We allocate your therapist; you do not select one from a public list.
- Booking your appointment. You contact us with your postcode. We check availability and offer you a time and one final price. Nothing is booked until you accept.
- Prices and the travel fee. Travel fees may vary depending on the location of the available therapist and the journey required. Your final price will always be confirmed before your booking.
- Appointments between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. Appointments starting between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM require full payment in advance.
- Payment. Once you accept a quote, we may send a payment link inside our conversation. We do not accept payment by bank transfer. Payment options for other times are confirmed with your booking.
- Changing or cancelling your appointment. Appointments may be moved or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Inside 24 hours, 50% of the agreed total is payable. If your therapist arrives and cannot begin — nobody present, or no suitable space — the full amount is payable.
- Professional conduct. London Massage Concierge provides professional therapeutic massage only. Our therapists are qualified professionals and are treated as such. Any request for a service of a sexual nature, any sexual comment, and any behaviour that makes a therapist feel unsafe will end the appointment immediately. The full amount remains payable and we will decline all future bookings. Our therapists hold the same standard. If anything about your appointment falls short of professional, tell us and we will deal with it.
- Your information. We explain what we collect and why in our Privacy Policy.
- Liability. We provide our service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. [DRAFT: full liability wording pending legal review.]
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
- Changes to these terms. We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always applies to new bookings.
