1. About this notice. This notice explains what personal information London Massage Concierge collects, why, and what you can do about it.
2. Who we are. London Massage Concierge, contactable via our Contact page.
3. What we collect. Your postcode and any booking details you share in chat; your contact details if you reach us by phone, WhatsApp or email; and, if you apply to join our team, the details in clause 6 below.
4. Why we collect it. We ask for your postcode first so we can find a therapist who can reach you. We use your booking details to arrange, confirm and deliver your appointment.
5. Chat conversations. Our chat keeps a record of your conversation so you don’t have to repeat yourself if you message us again.
6. Job applicants. If you apply to join our team, we collect the details on our application form to consider your application. Our lawful basis is that this is a pre-contract step you’ve asked us to take, not consent. If your application is unsuccessful, we keep your details for 6 months after our decision, then delete them. 8. How long we keep information. We keep booking-related information for as long as it’s needed to deliver and account for your appointment, and job-applicant information as described in clause 6.
9. Who we share information with. We share only what a therapist needs to attend your appointment — never more, and never your full details beyond what’s required.
10. Your rights. Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled it. [DRAFT: full rights wording pending legal review.]
