You tell us where you are: at home, at your hotel or at your office. We find a qualified therapist who can reach you, agree one final price with you and confirm everything in writing before anyone arrives.
How we work
We don’t ask you to browse profiles, compare reviews or pick a time slot. You share your postcode, and we do the arranging: checking who’s available, confirming their travel and coming back to you with a time and one total. Allocating your therapist ourselves isn’t a limit on your choice. It’s the job, and it’s what makes this a concierge, not a directory.
Our standards
Every therapist we work with holds a recognised Level 3 massage qualification or above.
Every therapist carries their own professional indemnity and public liability insurance, which we verify before their first booking.
Every therapist completes an in-person assessment and identity check before they take work from us.
We provide professional therapeutic massage only. Any request or behaviour that falls short of that standard ends the appointment immediately.
Discretion
We ask only for what we need to arrange your therapist, and we explain why we ask. Your postcode comes first because it tells us who can reach you, nothing more, and it’s handled discreetly. Read our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
